Breast Cancer Awareness Mani………………

Hello Ladies, As you know October is BCA month. This is something that is close to my heart because my loved ones have been affected by this decease. My Grandma passed away from it, My cousin is currently fighting it, and my Aunt has beat it. For them I will be doing a BCA Mani all month. I chose this design because it reminds be of the fight that all people affected by breast cancer has to do. I used China Glaze Empowerment from there Fight like a woman collection 2010. It was perfect for this design. I then stamped with BM-223 using konad white. To finish it off I added OPI Princesses rule to add some sparkle. Hope you likey =)

Zoya Marina and Misa Beyond Infinity, Dupes?

Hello everyone, Today I would like to show you what I think are dupes. I actually got excited when I realised this. I never found a dupe by myself before, LOL Weird I know!!! I just got the Misa Surreal Escape collection in and was swatching the colors on my nail wheels I noticed Beyond Infinity looked a lot like Marina, So I put the 2 together and sure enough the same. They both are 2 coats for full coverage and applied the same. Have a look and tell me what you think =)

So what do you think is this a dupe? I think it’s dead on =) So if you wanted to buy Zoya Marina and don’t want to spend $8.00 Check out Misa Beyond Infinity for $3.75. This is where I bought mine and they ship FAST.

OPI Zom-body to love………..

Hello everybody, Hope you all are well. Today I have the Glow in the Dark Zom-body to love. I should have used a base color with this one, It’s very sheer and I used 4-5 coats just to get no visible nail line. I used it again with Jade is the new black under it and it worked alot better. The glow of this polish was so hard to capture on camera, I tried my best. I also added the black shatter to it to show you how cool it looks. If you don’t have any GITD polish you need it!!!  Hope you likey =)

My natural nails……

Hello everybody!!!! I just wanted to share this with you really quick. I have had acrylic overlay on for over 7 years because I was working in a factory that did horrible things to my natural nails. So now that I am no longer working there I decided to soak them off and try to grow them natural. This is how I removed my acrylics, I wish a lot of people would do it this way and save the length of there natural nails and not damage them. First I would like to say that a lot of people are always saying acrylic is BAD for your nails and it damages them. I want to say this is so untrue!!! I was lucky enough to find a AWESOME nail tech that correctly puts acrylic on. They don’t need to drill the hell out of your nails, It just needs to be filed a little. As you will see in my photos from right after I removed them I have no ridges, Some have little damage to the side but that’s from where the acrylic lifted from my nail before. So I grabbed a glass bowl and added 100% acetone to it and soaked my fingers for a long time, Wiped off excess acrylic then soaked again, repeated process till acrylic was gone, Whatever you do NEVER pull or pick the acrylic off, this is what also causes damage. I then buffed my nails and gave myself a regular manicure. Then I applied OPI Nail Envy that Cathy from Ask Cathy on FB recommend for me, you can find her, She also recommended that I use CND Solar oil to my nails everyday. She is really helpful with all things beauty related =) This is a picture of my nails after I did all the above. I have since filed them down some. So all pictures you see from now on will be my natural nails. I’m really hoping that nail envy works for me, before acrylics my nails were really thin and broke all the time. Hope this helps some of you!!! This is only my opinion and what works for me, I am not a professional.
